We do this to be transparent and to assure you are getting the lowest possible cost. Our recommended tradesman usually end up costing significantly less than or are equivalent to what you would expect to pay when finding and hiring a general contractor but without any of the risk as we have already confirmed their qualifications. We have established this no stress system to look out for your interests and ensure that your project is worry free and a success in every way.


Conceptual Phase
At the conceptual phase we can coach and assist you in designing your space as well as developing plans and creating blueprints. So feel free to let your imagination run wild.

Planning Phase
During the planning phase we guide you through the process of obtaining any necessary permits, perform a safety and risk assessment of your location, obtain multiple quotes if other trades are required and determine the costs, and then work with you to develop a schedule. You're involved as much or as little as you would like during this entire process.

Construction Phase
When the construction begins we agree to supervise and quality check all the work and make sure the renovation location is organized, safe and clean. We'll constantly monitor daily work completed to ensure that it meets budget, schedule and building codes. Most importantly we keep you updated on the progress of the project.

Closure
This is the best part, where you get to enjoy the final product. We always perform a final inspection top to bottom before turning over the keys and copies of all the documentation.
